Adding books and different editions to my author's page

I really can't work out how to add titles and different editions to my author's profile - can anyone help?

I'm sure you get this all the time but to a newbie like me the site is unbelievably complex

Can I just apply to another librarian to add book, as on Amazon, or how do I get permissions to add myself?

Sorry Paula - but I'm still utterly baffled. One of these links is to add new books unknown to Good Reads. My books are already up there, it's just I can't seem to assert ownership, most especially to the imminent US edition of Ghosts: A Natural History. Your second link took me to a forum absolutely thicketed with questions and hints - it exhausted me just looking at it.

Is there really no way, once you have an author's profile, to claim your own books quickly and simply without having to go through endless forums and threads?

Please provide links or names of the books that are yours on GR, then we can move the books to your profile if they are already on GR. Your author profile is Roger^^Clarke (where ^^=space to separate your books from other authors of the same name)

I added the extra space to the new book's author so it is on your profile. Is it just a new edition of the previous book or something different?

I see six different books listed on your author profile. I have combined the US edition of the Ghost book with the previous edition. Is there something else?

Yes it's all up there now - there was a slight lag this end.
