I read a book around 2016 about a twin couple who lived in a large family in a city with class differences with colored districts. They started in the orange district (second worst), but their mother was on a riot (?) so they ended up in the brown and poorest district. In the middle of the city was the white and rich district. The book was one of my favorites as a child, but I do not remember the title or the author.
