Contemporary romance series that follows three (I think) sisters, read it about two years ago. Main make character paints the FMC's house yellow

Hi everyone! Trying to help a friend find a book, here is what she remembers... "I read a book some time ago about 3 sisters (each had own stories/book set) one of the sisters speaks in a robotic voice all the time (to annoy her family) and the man trying to win her heart does things like paint her house yellow to annoy her, I cant remember much details and I know that's not a lot to go on but if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to help 😀

I think he calls her sunshine that's why he paints her house yellow, and he sends her food to her work, all 3 sisters run a company together I think its cleaning company.

I think one of the sisters has a really sad story but turns happy, I thought it was called bushwick sisters but its not"

Long shot, but Cottage by the Sea by Debbie Macomber? I don’t remember a robot voice, though it’s been a long while since I’ve read it, but there are sisters with their own books and I think she falls in love with a painter.
