Two authors stats have been merged

I'm wondering if any other librarians are able to help out, this one is confusing.

An author J. Elle messaged me to ask if I could seperate her profile from another author's profile who has the same name, J. Elle. I did so by adding a space between the first author's name, as the librarian manual said, but their author stats/ratings/reviews have still combined, even after their accounts became separated. Does anyone know if this issue will fix itself in time? Or is there a way to fix this?
