Updated to 835. WorldCat agrees. GR does include the appendix in page count.
Wait, I still don't see the page count. Are you sure you got the edition right? It's this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...It says 2016 Bantam edition though, my bad.

It's the 2017 Bantam Books Mass Market [HBO] Tie-in Editon. Page count is 835, but excluding the appendix it's 807. It's an alternate cover to this, similar edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
