Creating a New Series

I've just listed the second book in my fantasy trilogy, 'The Devoted', but I believe I need to pop over here to ask a librarian to create a series for me? At any rate, when I follow the available guides, clicking 'add new series' on the book edit pages just kicks me back to the feed page...

The series is called The Devoted
