K.L. MacRae | 9 comments I am posting about a second author account.

I have set up an author account for Karen MacRae for my fantasy novels and would like to get the covers updated but am not being allowed to post because my email has not been verified. I haven't received any emails from you about verification and I can access my author account so I'm not sure what the problem is. Can someone help please?

Sandra | 31478 comments Karen, this isn't something that librarians have any knowledge of. It is a site function.

You'll need to email support.

Emily | 17610 comments We would be happy to update covers for you. Post a link to your books here on Goodreads and on Amazon or wherever the covers are housed. Then we can add your name as an author even if your profile is not created yet.
You should do this in a new thread in the Book Cover Help folder.

Thanks, Emily. I was trying to do just that when the "your email hasn't been verified" warning came up. I can't post until it is :( I'm trying to fix now...

It's actually preferable to just direct users to use the Contact Us page -- it makes it a lot easier for us to help!
