We originally read Don Quixote, in 2009, at a fairly brisk clip. We took a break after Part One to let people catch up with the reading, and I remember that most found that helpful, or even necessary.
We will take a more relaxed approach this time. This should let everyone keep up with the reading and perhaps this will allow us to take a closer look at the finer details of the novel.
If it turns out that this pace is too slow, we may speed things up a bit. For now, let's try the following:
Part One
July 10 - Prologue through Chap. 8 July 17 - Chap. 9 through Chap. 18 July 24 - Chap. 19 through Chap 27 July 31 - Chap 28 through Chap 32 Aug 7 - Chap 33 through Chap 37 Aug 14 - Chap 38 through Chap 44 Aug 21 - Chap 45 through Chap 52
Part Two
Aug 28 - Dedication through Chap 9 Sept 4 - Chap 10 through 19 Sept 11 - Chap 20 through Chap 27 Sept 18 - Chap 28 through Chap 35 Sept 25 - Chap 36 through Chap 45 Oct 2 - Chap 46 through Chap 53 Oct 9 - Chap 54 through Chap 61 Oct 16 - Chap 62 through Chap 68 Oct 23 - Chap 69 through Chap 74
