SOLVED. Romantic suspense where heroine is some sort of spy/assassin for an organisation. [s]

Hi all.

I'm looking for the name of a book I read just over 2 years ago. I don't think this is exactly how it went but the books starts with a younger heroine, who had a crush or was in love with the hero. Younger her sleeps with the hero in a hotel or something and the hero gets super angry (cant entirely remember why) and heroine runs out. The heroine is then kidnapped and tortured for a while, until she escapes? and joins the spy/assassin organisation.
Heroine had facial/plastic surgery afterwards due her injuries during her kidnapping. In the present time during the book the hero meets up with the 'boss' of the heroines organisation to do a mission where the hero and heroine meet again, and the hero does not recognize the heroine due to her facial surgery.

Does this ring any bells for anyone? I tried adding the all info I could remember so hope that helps.
