SOLVED. MMA fighter with anger issues. [s]

Just remember part of a book. There is an MMA fighter that has extreme anger issues. He has blue eyes but when he gets angry they turn black and he goes on a rampage. He periodically receives some kind of electric or shock therapy theatments. Towards the end of the book the heroine is present for one of these therapies. Later when they are alone she thinks he might have gotten angry about something but his eyes stay blue. That is all I can remember, I hope someone can help with the author or title. Thank you

Close but not exactly, I have that one but I didn’t see anything about shock treatments which he gets voluntarily.
