Anyone done reading? Wow, very intense book. I thought the ending was about to go one way but the last few pages surprised me. I thought it was good overall.
I'm about 1/3 into this book so far, and I'm enjoying it! I have a feeling I will also be surprised by the ending; it seems like one of those books!
What an ending! I felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster in the last 20 pages of this book, right up until the end. (view spoiler)
I’m glad you guys liked this book as much as I did. It really was a page-turner for me! I loved how the heroine grew into her role as the story unfolded. I was able to visualize each scene including the snowstorm as the author painted such a descriptive picture. Great storytelling, important topic being covered, and exhilarating ride for the reader! Anyone have an exciting follow up recommendation for me in this genre? Thanks!
Was anyone really sad about who’s name might have been on the headstone at the end? I was relieved that it wasn’t who I thought it was!!
I was also really relieved, Nicole! I'm glad the author ended the book the way he did.
Mary, one book that looks similar but I haven't read yet is The Night Olivia Fell by Christina McDonald. It's on my to-read list!
