If you have't begun yet then I'll read it at a slower pace. Meaning I won't feel pressured to get it done. I've just been SO behind on my buddy reads. In a couple weeks I'll have a whole week off of work. YAY! So hopefully I'll catch up some, but I also have new reads that week. I've always been a SLOW learner! lOL

Okay, I've finished 14 chapters, so these spoilers cover up to chapter 15 but do not include it.

I was SO glad to "see" Andrew and Camryn again. I read book 1 in January 2013, so I have forgotten a lot, but I remember the gist!

Okay to read if you read book 1; otherwise, don't. I remember when Andrew (view spoiler)[ was in the hospital and we didn't know if he was going to live or die. And I remember how Andrew got her out of her funk. They were so good and right for each other, even though their romance happened quite quickly. (hide spoiler)]

I didn't remember specifically the end of book 1, so I wasn't sure if I'd already known this but I was SO glad to see that (view spoiler)[Camryn was pregnant! Oh my gosh...Lily! So precious when two lives come together to create a life out of their love. I was smiling from ear to ear, especially how ANDREW named her. (hide spoiler)]

Andrew: (view spoiler)[ He just amazes me. He loves her SO much! I really think he'd do just about anything for her. He's trying so hard to help her through the loss of Lily. (hide spoiler)]

Lily: (view spoiler)[ OMG I was SO DARN SAD when they lost Lily!!! I almost felt like I'd just lost a grandbaby due to a miscarriage. I can't help but to wonder what her life would have been like, and now we have to suffer through Cam's downhill spiral. (hide spoiler)]

Camryn: (view spoiler)[ I am SO freaking SAD to see what she is going through and what she has turned to in her despair!!! WHY??? OMG!!! Pills and alcohol are NOT the way, no matter what!!! When she took her first pill, I knew where she was heading and it wasn't good. :o( It's so hard to watch people spiral down when there are SO many other options in life!!! Such pain to lose a child, miscarriage or stillbirth or otherwise. Some people think miscarriage isn't the same, but I totally disagree, even though I've never had to suffer through a miscarriage. I HAVE lost two grandchildren due to miscarriage and the pain is just as deep. (hide spoiler)]

Natalie: (view spoiler)[ I didn't care for Natalie too much in book 1 because of how she didn't believe her best friend that Natalie's boyfriend tried to have sex with her against her will. I couldn't respect Natalie after that, so she still needs to earn my respect back and I don't like how she's gone behind Cam's back, even IF her intentions were good. (hide spoiler)]

Andrew (view spoiler)[ is such a good guy! I love how he knew what Camryn needed! I love that they are taking a road trip again and lightening up. I love how much he loves her. I am SO glad that he realized she was getting messed up on those pills before it was too late! I think he handled that really well. (hide spoiler)]

Camryn (view spoiler)[finally is able to let loose! I'm so glad to see her carefree again and more like herself. Losing Lily took its toll on her, but she needs to move forward. (hide spoiler)]

Bray, Tate, Elias, and others (view spoiler)[who were at the "party" on the beach. I am SO angry! I sensed trouble from the get-go. I just KNEW they were going to drug them, especially when that blonde chick kept giving Andrew the eye. I thought he was going to actually sleep with her and Camrny would be all ticked off, so I'm glad that she realized he wasn't really a participant. Who wants another human being sexually under those circumstances! I think they all must have known and hold culpability! I don't care for any of them right now, especially blondie! (hide spoiler)]

LOL It's okay. I am reading slowly. I just finished ch. 30 but I don't have much to say.


When Camryn and Andrew were (view spoiler)[working for a few bucks at that one place and those women put money in his pocket I was worried that the one who was hanging out of her clothing was going to majorly come on to him. I'm glad that went all right. (hide spoiler)]

I'm also trying to figure out what's (view spoiler)[wrong with Camryn, if anything. I get the feeling that something is off because of how she answers and says things like, "I don't know why I said that," or the way that Andrew keeps asking her if she's okay. I hope all is well. (hide spoiler)]

I was sad to hear that (view spoiler)[ Eddie died. I Liked his character in book 1. (hide spoiler)]

Yeah, I agree with both of your spoilers. Andrew is absolutely (view spoiler)[ going to make a great dad! And Camryn I'd have to agree that she needs to open up. We are all vulnerable and open to pain and she's so fearful of his dying. I'm scared that in the end he might die and she'll have to have learned somehow that she can move on without him. But I hope not! (hide spoiler)]

One huge fallacy is that if someone we love (view spoiler)[ dies, we can't live without that person. HUGE bad message to others! We CAN move on and we can live without a loved one, but we have to learn how to do so. I've always felt so bad for kids whose parents lose another child and then are never there for their living kid(s) again or for a long time. That place such a burden on the living children. So sad! Finished Ch. 34 and OMG

I was really (view spoiler)[ happy when they got married, and their wedding vows were so touching. I've been wondering when Andrew would begin having problems again, but I didn't expect it so soon after they got married! I hope he's right and that he'll be okay. Ugh... (hide spoiler)]

Finished and loved it!

One thing that I didn't like is that they (view spoiler)[named their daughter Lily. Just a personal preference of mine. They already HAD a Lily. (hide spoiler)]

But I loved that (view spoiler)[their marriage lasted and was good, they had a healthy daughter and we got to see her grow up, and Andrew didn't get his tumors back! (hide spoiler)]
