🌈⭐️RoseOfRainbows⭐️🌈💕 | 8 comments Hey guys I'm a Hufflepuff married to another Hufflepuff and I was curious what books you all would suggest for someone of the Hufflepuff nature. Any genre. I prefer fiction to non fiction but I could do both for this. Anything that captures the image of the Hufflepuff. Thanks guys!

mysticofworlds | 668 comments I mean, Hufflepuff will technically accept just about anyone and anything, but maybe books that are about someone working hard and finally achieving his/her goal? Something a little like [Tiana in the] movie The Princess and the Frog

Books I would suggest:
Out of My Mind
The Book Thief
Wonder

Herman I can’t help myself sorry but what is a huffenpuff or a ravenclaw is this a ready player one sort of thing? Are you on second life or something?

It's from the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. The protagonist, Harry, goes to a magical school where students are sorted into four houses (Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Gryffindor). They all represent different qualities.

A Ravenclaw student, for example, is uncommonly intelligent and good at problem solving.

zaiyah (skellyzelly) I don't know if this has already been recommended, but Geekerella / The Princess and the Fangirl

Darien is quite Hufflepuffy. I warn you though, in The Princess and the Fangirl, it insults Hufflepuff a couple of times, and I was quite insulted. (I am a Proud Hufflepuff all the way!).

I would just like to point out that being a Ravenclaw doesn't mean one is of superior intelligence. It doesn't speak necessarily to the attributes you possess, but to the qualities you value and find most important, the things you are striving to be, hence Harry being put in Gryffindor rather than Slytherin, because he felt those qualities were most important.

You might think this is a Gryffindor read, because of the bravery, but I think the fighting for what is right and just makes I am Malala an inspirational read for a Hufflepuff.

Considering that the founders originally chose the students based on their attributes, even though student choice is important, it is not everything. Nevertheless, you make good points. I didn't mean to say that Ravenclaw students are more intelligent. Intellectual is probably more fitting.
