How does one download a .mobi of a book from Amazon?

Donnally, I don't know, but if you log into KDP and lower the price to $2.99 or less, I'll just buy it.

The *easiest* method I have for sending my books to others is to log into KDP.com, temporarily lower the price to $0.99, get their e-mail address, and then gift them the book. This ends up costing me a dollar, but it's easy and painless.

I've purchased Gene's and Thomas's books, so I've got more than enough now to get started. :)

This sounds like a very good suggestion. I think I will give this a try. I will gift the book to you, Ben.

I'd be happy to do the same for D. and Gene if they would like me to. (JC has told me he has already acquired the book through KU.
