SOLVED. Based on a hotel chain and top hotel trying to take over smaller hotel with blackmailing going on with the family hotel ??? [s]

another sketchy book of details sorry. Family hotel business gets into financial trouble with all the new hotel chains popping up and no one in the family interested (think Dad dies) except one of the daughters. She tries to bring it back but one particular chain of hotel is making it difficult. One particular part is that she is walking along the beach as think she is trying to open another hotel and meets a guy who she likes but then finds out that he is working for the opposition but they keep bumping into each other and always end in an argument. Anyway later on they find that the big hotel has been blackmailing?? the smaller hotel and they find proof and end up setting up the owner of the big hotel (there is also some sexy scenes in it I think. From what I can remember it had a really good plot and sometimes quite funny. Thank you in advance.
