Bargle | 1762 comments While going through the books that need rescuing pile, I ran across this listing and had no luck finding it myself. Here's the site blurb. I hope maybe someone recognizes it.

Science fiction novel about a fast spreading virus that drops the sufferers intelligence to a mean 80 points. Told in the first person, almost all the way through. Published in the 1980's.
