Updating authors in different editions of the same book

Sorry if this has been asked before.

Is there an efficient way to update the authors of multiple editions of the same book at the same time? For example there are dozens of contributors to The Law of International Lawyers: Reading Martti Koskenniemi. Only the main edition has the names of all the contributors. If all the editions have the same authors. Do I need to edit each edition one-by-one?
