SOLVED. Book about computer hacker. [s]

I read a book about a computer hacker in about 2003-2005. I remember nothing about the plot but I remember that I enjoyed the book very much and wanted to re-read it. It had the word BLUE in the title, I thought it was Blue Sky but I can't find anything with that phrase. The title referred to a computer hacker phrase. I thought the book was by Neal Stephenson, but it could be I found this book in a recommendation "people who liked NS like this too".

There's a computer term "blue screen" or "blue screen of death" but I didn't find any books from the correct time period with those names.
