Cyndee they were so good together and the extra prologue had me laughing.
I may have enough time today to finish another book. Hopefully it works out and it’s another good one as well. It was recommended to me. So we’ll shall see. LOL
i am 'currently reading' 3 books that fit for this week, whether i finish any or all by midnight is a different matter.i feel like i say this every week lol but the next week's tasks look hard lol. hoping for something easy like emotion or even ear. but the foodie or europe one will be hard (for the books i have on my list to read asap, anyway).
Daphne reminds me so much of my 17-yr-old daughter. She is quite literally the only girl in a big group of male friends. I'm almost dreading the day that one of them decides he wants her to be more. LOL

I feel like we have explained this repeatedly, but I will do it yet again.
We are REQUIRING reposts for all corrections!
We are not singling anyone out, EVERYONE is being held to the same requirements! We are not going back through the team threads to look for corrections - it is incredibly time consuming! I believe Karen and I each spend about 2 hours a day on this challenge, going through every post on every team, not to mention the Scavenger Hunt thread, double that on Fridays and Saturdays. I honestly don't believe asking for a little extra work from the participants to comply with the guidelines clearly set out is asking too much.
THEREFORE, IF WE ASK YOU TO MAKE A CORRECTION/REPOST AND THE CORRECTION AND REPOST IS NOT MADE, THE BOOK WILL NOT COUNT!! THE CORRECTION/REPOST MUST BE MADE BY SATURDAY 3 PM US EST UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR THE LOSS OF SEVERAL ROSES IF THIS HAPPENS!

Kristen, you almost single-handedly got that Serial Dating Rose. You rock. :) I'm hoping the next few weeks go a little better for me but "E" has me scared.
Kat and Karen are totally amazing to host such a complex challenge!!And seriously, i don’t hate historicals so happy to do my part lol. I’m sure there will be a week where I can only read 1 because the task isn’t my jam lol. Like Europe or the foodie one aren’t going to be good for me at all 😕 so fingers crossed it isn’t one of those lol

Read a book with an ear on the cover.
We must be able to see a distinct human ear on the cover to qualify. A partial ear will qualify if the is NO DOUBT that it is an ear on the cover. Simply showing an earring will not work unless the ear is distinctly visible as well.
Remember books must be 90 pages and MPG Romance!!
You have until Friday, August 2 @ Midnight US EST to post your completion(s).

I was very confident with my cover having an ear on it and then started to doubt myself, hence the two covers lol. I could have sworn someone asked in the Q&A thread if it was okay to use other language editions but I couldn't find it (could only find that the page number needs to be from an english edition). so, either way, I hope it qualifies!
