And someone starting stalking her a bad vampire .

You might check out the series anyways. I know that one of them has someone who is fastidious about clothing and there are twins in it. I believe at one point when they were young they were kidnapped? I'll continue thinking as I read alot of those.

(This does have a PA in it...but to tell you much about her gives too much of the story away)
