Is there a bug hiding ratings at the moment?

I'm sorry if I'm not posting this in the right place. I have, in fact, just tried asking a question in the Goodreads Help area, but only got the message: "Page Unavailable An unexpected error occurred. We will investigate this problem as soon as possible — please check back soon!"

I've had this message a few times on Goodreads today and I am wondering whether the site has become particularly buggy for some reason.

But, in particular, I notice that for many books the ratings have disappeared, so that it's only possible to see actual reviews - nothing with a star/stars but no writing, and nothing that is simply listed as 'to-read' etc.

Does anyone know what is happening here? If this is the wrong place to ask this question, I wonder if someone could direct me to the right place?
