Developmental CP Swap?

I have finished a manuscript and I think I am ready to have a CP go over it. But I am looking for Developmental CP. For the story and characters some dialogue if you can. The micro edits like Line and Proofreading are things I will get too later.

I am willing to Critique back again focusing on Developmental Editing.

My novel is a YA Portal Fantasy about a teenage girl and her quadriplegic brother lost in a Fantasy world and trying to make their way back.

I'm willing to read most genre's other than erotic or anything with a strong romance focus.
