Wheel o' Brown (WaT IV)

@Alysa: yes, but..... completion bonus is only for the first spell out, and we'll make sure each team can cover at least 10 books a week ;-)

Yeah, yeah, I know ;)
But for subsequent word completions, each of which can only be submitted after the previous one is complete (i.e., only one partial word ultimately allowed, like in previous Wheel challenge) things might get tricky in some cases.
This is part of the fun!
partial words! d'oh! forget to include that in the rules
*dashes off to add*
yup, like in previous Wheels, points will only be allowed for one incomplete / partial word:
ie. SAND - SA** - *A** - would only get points for the full word and the SA.

There has always been variations in word length during wheel.
I 've played each wheel and it is rare not to finish a spell out of a word.
Strategy and good communication are key to not finding yourself in a tricky situation.
It's a beautiful brown wheel Cat! Nicely done.

While I appreciate seeing the potential words, this is making crave chocolate. It's also making me want to plan ahead which is pointless since I have no idea which words my team will get. Sigh.

Waaaay to early!
Next Monday, earliest, please ;-)

But not coffee, which I have never liked.
Just my luck, my team will get "coffee" like several times, but at least I won't have to literally drink any ;D

Call me mad, but I am sensing a feeling of disappointment here.
Do... do you guys want more tricky letters?? I could always get Tea or Sonia to translate them for you.... ;-P
and don't worry, there's another element or two up my sleeve for bonus frustration for you!

No, definitely don't want trickier letters lol

Ok, I'll stand them down. but, you guys should know that such comments are grist to Sonia's Chipmunks' mill, and ideas fed in often spit out odd and unexpected results!

How little you know!
Sonia and I might be winding ourselves up into feverish excitement behind the scenes....

No, "I" can be difficult. When using it for Spell-it-outs, I have to purposely find them. Same for U. *shudders*

I'm very afraid!

BUT I have several long books I've been wanting to read that I've been holding off on starting because I knew eventually another challenge would start where page count mattered for points! Excited to start digging into those.
Oh gosh, the chipmunks..... o.O
I'm sensing that the twists are going to bring those tricky letters you're all happy not to see in the wheel haha. I just don't trust these mods ;-))

OMG I WANT CANDY.
I would not mind being team-named after a candy bar. Unless it's got coconut in it. Coconut and chocolate are two great tastes that DO NOT taste great together.

I love that combo too, but my partner HATES it.
He also hates chocolate & peanut butter, but that's because he's a snob who just hates PB in general.

I'm very partial to Sci-fi and fantasy (not YA!), some historical fiction (the more action filled stuff, like Bernard Cornwell), the occasional horror, and I'm also working my way through the 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die.

I'm allergic to coconut, so count me out of that team too, lol!

Oh yes, Devann... exactly! Agree 100%

See I love chocolate and coconut together, and chocolate and mint, and chocolate and peanut butter.
I think I just love chocolate!
