That put you in the lead.
LOL, probably won’t last long. It was a serendipity book that I just happened to download at the right time to be able to apply it for this challenge. There is a second book by the author, that is listed as #2, but I do not know if my library has it. The boy in the story has Tourette’s syndrome and the girl was born with no arms. The conversations were typically middle-school, early high-school, but the issues and emotional information was well written and managed to inform and entertain me at the same time. The audiobook narration was 5 stars.

I read The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman which was quite excellent. It reminded me of The Book of Lost Things and A Monster Calls.
