Find them on twitter or facebook. It's probably the easier way to get in touch with them.
Remember to read their reviewing policy, specially the genres they are interested.
Good luck

I always read policies...
However, most of them don't have website and I can't find them on social media since they use a nickname on Amazon.

You misunderstand.
I wanted to contact Amazon's top reviewers to review my ebook. Some of them didn't put any contact details on their profiles.
However, the list you add is helpful. Thanks!

To answer the question, I would search for their name on FB and G+ and send them a direct message.

"90% of online purchases are influenced by online reviews and 30% of consumers turn to Amazon for trusted reviews.”
Social reviews equal sales. Book buzz is critical for boosting sales, and there is no better way to generate buzz for your books than with reviews.
BuView can get your book more reviews on websites like:
• Amazon
• Goodreads
from real Amazon readers who want to read your book, and give it a review.
