I don't think you can, though may be wrong. I don't think most reviewers would want to be accessible to writers.
You may search for their blogs/web pages. Often some of the reviewers delete their e-mail or site links, because they received a lot of spam or requests.Find them on twitter or facebook. It's probably the easier way to get in touch with them.
Remember to read their reviewing policy, specially the genres they are interested.
Good luck
Thanks!I always read policies...
However, most of them don't have website and I can't find them on social media since they use a nickname on Amazon.
One of the things you DON'T want to do is to discuss any review you receive that doesn't meet your expectations. Any critical remark you might make falls somewhere between criticizing someone's baby and telling your husband that you don't like his mother's cooking. Here is a list of reviewers who review indi books. Hope this helps. EBOOK PROMOTIONAL SITES:

Joe,You misunderstand.
I wanted to contact Amazon's top reviewers to review my ebook. Some of them didn't put any contact details on their profiles.
However, the list you add is helpful. Thanks!
I have compiled a list of Amazon's Top 50 Reviewers on my site at http://fireyourmentor.comTo answer the question, I would search for their name on FB and G+ and send them a direct message.
Isn’t it funny how some Authors squawk when solicited emails are received while others don't? Does that Amazon patron want that solicited emails. Hells to the double no. However, facts be known that:"90% of online purchases are influenced by online reviews and 30% of consumers turn to Amazon for trusted reviews.”
Social reviews equal sales. Book buzz is critical for boosting sales, and there is no better way to generate buzz for your books than with reviews.
BuView can get your book more reviews on websites like:
• Amazon
• Goodreads
from real Amazon readers who want to read your book, and give it a review.
Let me know how I can help you.
