I somehow messed up adding a book to a series

Sorry it's all greek to you. I added this book

but I guess I forgot a comma or something and it does not show up where the series is. The parenthesis is featured along with it's title.

Could someone help me out making this right?

Adding a book to a series is a different step and can only be done by librarians. I added the book to the series.
