Hope you are talking about these books

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

Nathuram Godse is the person who gave speech on the court and later he was punished. Gopal Godse is the person who published that speech in book format. Content is the same. Sometime book is published in the name of Nathuram Godse. Sometime it is published in the name of Gopal Godse. So i guess we can used both names in such books.

I'm sorry, Liz, I don't understand your request, can you be clearer on what needs to be done? Is it about combining or about numbering volumes? What do you mean with plus 1, plus 2, plus 6?

Lais, as I understand it, "No Volume" books are complete book, not part, and should be combined but, on occasion, a book without a Volume designation in the title has turned out to be a particular Volume.

the plus 1, plus 2 etc is the number of editions that are already combined in each one you linked, right? That's what I had found confusing! :) I'm on it

Seems like someone already did it. :)

Liz V. (wwwgoodreadscomlizv) | 43839 comments Thank you anyway Lais.

Just saw second note. Yes, sometimes some, but not all, editions combined.

Hi Marte.
This is a bit more complicated. Epicurus is correct, it's the english version of the name. Epicuro is the version of the name in some other languages such as portuguese and spanish. The thing to do here, according to the librarian manual, would be to change all books published under the name "Epicuro" so that they have "Epicurus" as primary author and "Epicuro" as secondary author, so they can be combined with editions of other languages. That is however, a lot of work, and once they're all under the same primary author it'll also be very slow work to combine them properly. I suggest putting this request as a topic on the "Looking for a Project" section. :)
