Please Add a Book to a Series

I've added the page for my new book about a week ago, and although I included which series it's a part of, it hasn't linked to it. Is this something that must always be done manually by a librarian or is there a way I can do it when I add a book?

Yes, it has to actually be added to the series. Putting it in the title doesn't really do anything.
