So I read this probably like 6 years ago, it’s about a boy that wakes up in like a dungeon or warehouse kind of deal, he can’t remember anything and he has a new mechanically engaged body. He escapes with a mutant girl that has a tail I think. I’m pretty sure they are hunted down by the people that experimented on them.
The book cover was Dark and had a red round logo on it from memory and was called like monster something.
