SOLVED. Welsh how to train your horse [s]

It's either a British or welsh kind of funny book. It's part of a series but the other books don't all have to do with training horses. The illustrations are all kind of sketched.
It's about a boy and the challenges of training your horse, but it's not exactly like a how-to book. It's more just like a comedy.
There's a part about grooming the horse and shampooing the horse and getting the horse to go and stop. The horse was very obstinate. At one point he's trying to get the horse to jump over something.
