Would this count for Beach? You don't see any sand, but there's water and what looks like the end of a dock or pier on the left.
According to the precis, the name of the town is the Cove, if that helps.

We have 2 Scavenger Hunt roses for our team. She confirmed several for you unless you didn't complete the post correctly. I thought you had read Tall, Tatted and Tempting and she gave you a rose for that.
Planning ahead just in case A for Always gets called on Saturday. Read a book with married MCs. Qualification from the title (married, mate, spouse/husband/wife) précis (married, mate, spouse/husband/wife), tags (married, mate, spouse/husband/wife, couple) or list (married or mated).
Would a book tagged with "marriage-of-convenience" and "eloped" work? The description mentions a fake elopement, but I'm not sure how "real" the elopement gets.
In reply to Lauren (sorry my thing is messing up and it's not allowing me to reply as per usual), I meant that no one had gotten the confirmed scavenger hunt rose for Tattoo Thief so I thought I might try for it. I have changed my statement at the beginning of my post to better reflect that.

I will allow both of those tags. The key for 'eloped' was it being past tense.
I have compiled a list of the confirmed Scavenger Hunt Rose books in massage #4 of this thread.I don't expect we will see another list like this - weird combo of tasks with NYC and beach overlapping like they did. 🤷🏻♀️

Yes, that is fine. The same player may not read the a book more than once in the challenge though.

Does the page length have to come from GR? I just picked up a freebie that might qualify for a category next week. Amazon, where I just bought it, says it's 95 pages. The only listing on GR that gives a page count says it's 75 pages. Can I link to Amazon to show it qualifies, or do we need to stick to GR only?
If amazon has changed its page number for a kindle edition, which they do reasonably frequently, librarians change them to match. Either post the book here and I'll fix it, or post it in the Librarian Group in the Page Count thread and a librarian will do it for you. Link to both book pages.

Thanks Sandra!I will accept Amazon's page count, preferably if there is no GR page count. But if there is a difference between what they are showing for the Kindle edition and what GR is showing, a link is ok if it hasn't been changed here on GR yet.

A lot of spies are former military so, if it is tagged or otherwise qualifies that way of course it works.

Hi Jane, I need you to update your qualifications for both beach and NYC. Your list is for NY state, not city and saying set in NY is not enough. On page 11 of the shelves though, it is shelved both NYC and Long Island - either of those would work as a qualification. 😊
