I've noticed on this website that there are several authors have been incorrectly separated when they are in fact the same person. For example: Anthony Comstock and Anthony 1844-1915 Comstock. The librarian manual states how to separate two authors with the same name, but I can't find out from it how to combine two authors misidentified as two different people. How would I do this?

Just change the erroneous name to the target name, and hit enter. It will ask you if you are sure that they are the same. Merging to a Goodreads Author requires staff, but you can still fix the name on the book.

Alright, just did that and it worked out. Thanks for the help.
And those authors weren't erroneously separated. They were imported that way.
