I purchase them from the Kobo website. It was the reason I bought Kobo ereader (and not Kindle or Nook or the others), because their ereader and content are available to buy from Indonesia.

@Novy: It depends actually. If the book is readily available in Jakarta, I'll probably get the hard copy. But if it's not available, then eBook it is! :)
