Looking for editing services that wont break the bank

I am a new Indie Author who has 3 books published on multiple platforms and working on 4 more that will all come out by end of 2020. But what I am currently looking for is someone to go back over my previous work. I hired someone, however I have received private feedback that the editing is not very good which they feel is hindering my sales. I have already spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars, I was hoping to find someone that wouldn't break the bank. And who knows, maybe we form a relationship and you edit my other books.
