When: Read it around 2003-2007. Book appeared to be new.
Where: British Columbia, Canada
What: The book opens with what were to happen if you were to go into a forest at night and call out a name. An owl will reply "Who? Who?"
The rest of the book tells the tale of 3 owl siblings. Their names were, or are at least very close to, Sky, Moon and Tomorrow. They each played a role in the world, Sky turning into the night sky. Moon was, well, the moon. And Tomorrow... Had a key to a locked box that he hid. I do not recall what else he did. All 3 were depicted as human(oid) as well as actual owls, which leads me to believe this may have been a First Nations (Native American, but Canadian) tale. Had lovely illustrations. Closes by repeating the opening page.
