AKC - post 4354I do not see one of the required spatial prepositions in the title Ashes in My Mouth, Sand in My Shoes. Could you explain how it fits, please?

When I selected the book at the beginning of the season it said on the main page Science fiction-time travel. The book is a part of the Quantum Leap series where the main character Sam Beckett leaps back and forth in time within his own life time. I didn't get it pre approved because I thought it still be there on the main page when I claimed the book.
Kristine - post 4490I'm not sure Edge of Eternity will work for task 5.8. It appears that the five individuals listed in the book's description are the main characters. They may have encountered historical figures such as JF Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, and M.L. King, but the task description states that the historical figure must be a main character. If this is incorrect, please explain how this book fits the task.

(I did read the instructions on what to post, ie, all info on previous and new task, but just not sure where to post it.)

Task 10.10 - The book on the list is I Am Legend and Other Stories. This book has approximately 317 pages. The book you've linked to has 161 pages, indicating that it does not contain the other short stories in the book on the list. There is a book called I Am Legend that has an identical cover to the one you linked to. Please confirm that the book you read was I Am Legend (317 pages) and not I Am Legend (161 pages) by reposting with a link to the book you read.

To receive points for this task, you will need to provide a link verifying its setting and make sure that a post apocalyptic version of Mexico is OK with the task creator.
Chris MD - post 4588Task 25.1 requires each book to be at least 250 pages long. Getting Stoned with Savages: A Trip Through the Islands of Fiji and Vanuatu is only 239 pages long and so will not work for this task.
