Hopefully the new Goodreads Help will allow the correct identification and prioritising ..."
This way people won't be aware of as many bugs not fixed or ignored by Goodreads for years.I seriously doubt they're going to list all active bugs on the help page - I've had some threads not resolved there since 2014 that they said they were looking into.
To me it's a loss for members, but it will make it easier on Goodreads staff, especially if they do more unpopular changes that would upset the Feedback group.

They definitely need a better way to communicate with members. I’m not sure this is the answer, I think like you say it will be easier for staff.
I have a bug there that is now 3.5 years old. It is kind of tiresome to keep being told it is being looked into

Hopefully the new Goodreads Help will allow the correct identification and prioritising of issues?
