Read this book around 2005-2007 ish. It was a suspense thriller kind of book. About twins who are trained in these camps (To be sleeper agents or assassins, as well as have telepathy by being twins, and are very strong) . One gets free but only remembers his false identity. (I also believe the twins in the book are raised to believe they are the same person or something like that.)

Spoiler alert.

He is like a sleeper cell and gets a phone call and then per directions kills himself with a bed sheet despite being under surveillance all night. I also believe in the same book there is this guy who gets captured possibly CIA/FBI or high military and he is tortured and brainwashed? And is in the same camp that they had trained the twins at? I am trying to remember more details but read this book so long ago...Some details may be wrong?

Ally, how old are the twin brothers?

What's the time period and location (country/region/city) of the story?

Ally Dark (allydark) | 5 comments I want to say late teens or young adults but can't remember for sure. As for time frame I believe "current" to when the book was written. Not sure where but his false identity was based in the USA but I believe the book spanned across different regions i.e the training camp was in a different country. Possibly China or Japan. And other locations really unsure.

You can "bump" your thread every month or so. This pushes your thread back to the top of the folder instead of languishing here on page 144 from six months ago where fewer eyes will see it. Get back in the game! Bump!
You can do this by typing a new comment at the end of the thread, or even by typing the word "bump."
Good luck!

Does the spy camp train many pairs of twins, of just these twin brothers?

Do you learn about the training camp near the start of the book? Or does it start with the escaped brother who slowly regains his memories?

Ally Dark (allydark) | 5 comments I am not sure on that I know they did have others it may also have served as a prisoner camp of some kind. I think it is all slowly revealed as the story unfolds. It may start with the brother who escapes. He has to defend himself and that is when he goes into "assassin" mode I don't know if he ever remembers but he knows something is going on. They find the family in the USA who his cover identity was matched up to..

Ally Dark (allydark) | 5 comments I have not given up on finding this book which now I am thinking i read 3 books at around the same time. I think the POW one is another book. Plane goes down at start of book and it switches between several other stories that come together. it is not Tom Clancy's without remorse. 2007 or earlier no real timeframe on them besides that. I literally went through every book published from then until about 1990 and could not find anything similar so I am still stuck and still searching. I think I may have gotten some of the info wrong which may be hurting my chances of finding the book. I remember that the title and names were very...forgettable as I can't seem to remember anything specific like that.
