I liked the romance and it's usually quite difficult for me to find a romance I really like in Ya books but they were like the ultimate relationships goals for me. The positive impact they had on each other. The tension, the sizzling chemistry, the complementary personalities. Their page turning moments. I never liked Adrian much in the main series aka Vampire Academy but he's one of my favourite male leads now. A boy so powerless and the extent he goes to be something worthwhile, to be someone the girl he loves deserves.
