Understanding the true battle rages inside. That our life, resonates more with our choices than it does with the perception of others.
Yet, sadly that's how so many people view it. How are we viewed, spoken, felt by others. That their acceptance of us means more than our own joys of things we actually like or dislike.
That we do & say things to be accepted. Conversely once you teach yourself to let go {of that weighted cart & let those helium balloons fly off with all those things making you miserable.) That its better to accept yourself for who you are than to be falsely accepted by others. (Love me for who I am or hate me as you please, at the day of the day I will forever be me...)
Also, you will be happier, & eventually you may stumble upon your pack. (Short insight on the road to internal peace.)
