A child can heal others, visited by a religious figure with coins

A fiction novel I read around 2010. The plot focused on a child (a little girl, I think) that had healing powers. I remember they were in the living room, curtains drawn and their lawn was filled with people who wanted help from the child. She is visited by a religious figure (a saint possibly or Lucifer himself) and this figure has coins which are symbolic of who he is.
