Looking for a book where the heroine ends up pregnant by her boyfriend (the hero) and when her parents find out they end up moving away because her parents thinks it will mess up there reputation and force her to put the baby up for adoption. Do to the girl next door hearing them fight about it she tells the hero about what is going on. An beings he is to young he has his aunt and uncles adopt the baby for him till he is old enough to take care of him himself. Years later the heroine(i think her name might be Kendra) walks in to a hospital an runs into the hero who is now a doctor. He asks her to dinner but she tells him no because of her secret she is hiding (not knowing he already knows) while they are talking his son shows up and the boy ends up asking her what her name is an she tells him and he tells her that she is his mom because his dad has told him about her as he grew up. He then tells her how he ended up with there son. Can anyone help me please.
