What did you think of the book? General impressions, thoughts, opinions?
I enjoyed the book, though I was a little disappointed that all practical recommendations were postponed until the end (in an appendix). However, I really enjoyed that most of the book was focused on getting us to understand the value of habits and how they work in our brains!
