I finally finished a couple of books..I think I'm slowly but surely breaking out of my slump

I'm hoping someone who can run the searches on this webpage better than me can help me out...

I was planning on reading for trendsetter points, but was going to start it closer to the 20th for the buddy read. When I wrote the book down in my journal of books to read this month, it was at 363 ratings. Now it's over 500, so I've lost 2 of the bonus points for that. (No worries...kinda thought that would happen) But, I can't easily find if it was previously buddy read or not. I'll probably still read it since it should still be worth 4 points, but I'm curious if someone can help me out on whether it was buddy read before?

Katie, the easiest way to do it is to use the search bar on the right hand side of the page on any of the groups threads or main page. If you put in the books title, that should bring up search results - https://www.goodreads.com/group/comme... then, if you click the little bubble which says 'only topics', and hit search again, it should bring up only threads with the books title in their name - https://www.goodreads.com/group/comme... It looks like that one hasn't been buddy read before ☺

Also, if you want to double check that the book hasn't been buddy read on a series read along thread, then you do the same thing, only searching for the authors name instead ☺

Do you want me to make a note of how many ratings the book has now? Just in case it goes up more before you've finished?

I have to read for my professional development at school.


I don't think this would count towards anything in May since it's considered "education" and not "adult" or "young adult." But can I count it for page points? Just curious if I should include this when I do my updates this weekend. Thanks!

@Katie, ask about your school book in the main thread. I'm not too sure but page points are still good

I am working on which a BR and +6 bonus points. Also working on which is no BR :(

I have to read which is a BR but does not qualify for bonus points and can only use for page points :(

I can probably squeeze one more. Will try to get a BR with max bonus points!
