Starting this today. I hope the blurb is accurate because I’m so looking forward to this. I think all of us today can admit to either sending ourselves or receiving a naughty text and I can’t wait to see how the author creates a HEA and romance out of it 🥰

Not that I’m all that mature at 32 but still, the process he went through taking his “dick pic” was kinda comical but almost disappointing for a 34 year old CEO, who we all know would have no reason to join a dating app. The heroine seems fun so far and I love how her grandma is her BFF, can’t wait to HEA more about her, she’s funny already! Both need or want something from the other so they have to work together but the chemistry between them is undeniable. Not to mention they’ve already crossed a few boundaries such as the dick pic she got from him the day bfore meeting him lol (hide spoiler)]

Review(view spoiler)[THis is what I would call a cutesy contemporary. I wasn’t thrown completely for a loop and there’s no grand dilemnas or OW/OM drama which was nice. The blurb basically outlines the book and Peyton and Josh fight some serious chemistry together while trying to work on her product launch through his company. The story is told from both their POVs and I think my favorite character was Gram, Peyton’s grandma. This was a sweet contemporary romance which I found kind of typical aside from the whole dick pic aspect. The beginning was a bit odd, witnessing josh going through the motions of taking said pic but aside from that and Gram, nothing extraordinary stands out. I enjoyed the book and if you’re looking for something cute, fun and easy you should try this out. (hide spoiler)]

So far, I'm not finding this book “sexty.” I've kind of laughed at it so far, because of some of the lines in this book. A super cocky (pun intended) guy, just doesn't seem appealing. Especially when he says things like “the monster in my pants demanding to be fed” in chapter one! 🤦🏻‍♀️🥴 (hide spoiler)]
