I am going to try to get to this book, Suzy. I read it eons ago but it may be time to revisit it.

I hope you're able to get it to read along with the group, Nancy. I read it in print 3 years ago, so I'll listen to it this go-round. I also see there's a teen graphic novel of it available from my library. I'll have to get it just to see.

There are three volumes - 1 and 2 are the 50+ short stories and volume 3, this one, is of the 4 novels. It's a delight to read explanations of terms and locations and scholarly speculation on the real-life influences on Conan Doyle in writing this mystery. Plus illustrations from the original serialization of the novels. Fun, even if occasionally TMI. :) Highly recommended.
