The Handmaid’s Tale question

There is an event coming up in the LA area that will be reading Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale and Octavia Butler's Earthseed series. This sounds like an awesome opportunity to listen to the readings of these dystopian novels. The event aims to initiate a greater conversation regarding pressing social issues like those so heavily reflected in dystopian novels.
