LOL ok then. Thanks for doing the randomizer thing, Anna. It helped focus me on specific tasks. The longer the list, the more likely I am to just read and hope it fits one.
Since we are getting close to being done the first round does anyone want me to randomize round 2? I think there is mostly just 4 of us who have stuck around so I would just do it for the four of us. :)

Um, I don't mind randomizing the remainder of round 1 so we can get it finished, but do we have to assign tasks for round 2? Half the time I don't know a book will fit a certain category until I've read it, plus I've already agreed to do BRs that don't necessarily fit the tasks you've assigned me but will fit some of the harder categories. I would like to propose that we continue to use the spreadsheet and only add in books that you are currently reading or at least plan to start within a few days. Then when we get down to the last 10% or so of categories....then we try to assign tasks.
What do you think?

If you read for one of mine, just let me know and I won't read for it. Same goes for tasks that you don't want. I like to plan ahead.

Could I count this as a cover with a piece of art on it? The image is in the greek art style and it's a reference to a famous greek image, but idk if it would actually count for the category.
Hi all! I'm doing a little rule changing! I'm going to change the Character Category - seasonal name to seasonal/floral name.Have at it y'all. :D
For round 2, I already added a few books into the spreadsheet that weren't under my assigned tasks. Also, I will need to trade someone for Author's first name is same as your middle name - my middle name is unusual and will likely be difficult to find. I've already requested books from each of the mods for the modly category - if someone wants to trade me for that.

Anna, don't drop out! This is a quarterly challenge, we are all bound to have dry spells. There is still a month and a half left.

Even if someone reads for your books, we can move them elsewhere or to another hunt. RL has ups and downs so don't be so tough on yourself.

I've got a book with flip flops and another with the seasonal name started.
I have another that I'm hoping will mention a lifeguard at some point - the characters spend some time at the pool; I'm just waiting for the author to use the word!!!!
I also found an author with my middle name as her first. It is just a question of when I will be able to squeeze in the extra book. All my BRs are loaded in the first half of May and I'm already behind.
