I hope I enjoy it! It's not the best so far, but it is alright. Still feel like it's being built up.
Yeah I found the beginning to be super slow aswell haha. I didn't get fully invested until I was about 400 pages in XD
I’m already about 120 pages in from April but I’m ready to start reading this again. I’ll be jumping in to this too
Maddison wrote: "I have to get back in.. Soon before I forget!"Juggling this and another fantasy book is really messing with me. But I know that if I put it down I won't get it finished this month.
I'm in the zone where if I don't read I don't read and I shouldn't stress about it with all the other things in my life
Maddison wrote: "I'm reading too many books, this won't get finished this month :("Aww. I'm reading a few chapters a day and juggling it with another book.
Maddison wrote: "Yeah it's a mission! Thank gosh for the ebook XD"I don't have the ebook! :( I wish I did cause it would be so much less intimidating to read.
Maddison wrote: "Yeah it's a mission! Thank gosh for the ebook XD"Thank God for the audiobook. I couldn't do it if I had to physically read. No way. It would take significantly longer.
What's your email Shar? I can email it to you XD
I couldn't do such an intense book on audio. I can only really stick to contemporaries/light fantasies on audio

Sharlalanae@gmail.com 😂 you’re a life saver. I might actually be able to read it at a reasonable pace now.

Oh, it's intense for sure. Breaking it into chunks helps. When it starts to be too much I stop and read something physical. I really wish I had the book at hand too so that I could flip through the pages along with the audio. But just the idea of the shipping cost gives me hives.
I think I’m going to start over with the book later in the month. I wasn’t paying much attention, so it was getting uninteresting to me and I was confused lol.
I'm also reading the e-book and find it a breeze actually once I figured out who's who... @deeDee how's the audio? I was thinking about listening to the rest now that I know everyone's names and stuff.
@azrah once I got familiar with the world and the characters it's easy to get lost in. I don't regret it one bit

also yeah that's what I was assuming, she'll either skip the preparations or make the battle very quick... i dunno which I'd prefer - both seem a tad meh (hide spoiler)]
